The process involves placing the top grade coffee beans in pure water with soluble coffee components. It is kept in this state for around 12 hours until 99% of the caffeine has diffused out from the bean while maintaining the essential flavours. The absence of chemicals makes this a very popular process as the most natural and pure form of decaffeination.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and is world renowned for producing bright, citrusy and floral coffees. These characteristics shine through in this coffee, with hints of green tea and a delicate finish.

"Great tasting coffee that’s simple on another level. No caffeine is a huge benefit. If you thought you liked ‘burnt’ dark roast coffees then pause and try this Ethiopian one instead. Just so much more interesting. I have it with slightly warmed oat milk not steamed/frothy milk. It’s so much better that way - to me anyway."
